প্রথম দুই বছর মেনসেস (মাসিক রক্তস্রাব বা মাসিক) অনিয়মিত হয় অর্থাৎ প্রতি মাসে হয় না ।

কখনও ডিসমেনোরিয়ার সাথে অতিমাত্রায় রক্তস্রাব হয়- এমন অবস্থাকে Menorrhagia বলে ।

হাইপারমেনোরিয়া - অতিরিক্ত এবং বেশিদিন চলা রক্তস্রাব, অ্যান্ড্রোজেনিক অ্যালোপেশিয়া - চুল পাতলা হয়ে যাওয়া বা বিক্ষিপ্তভাবে ।
